- Power ON handset
- Now press and hold Volume UP + Home + Search Key for 5 seconds
- Now you see a message on your Phone Screen "Are you sure you want to factory reset?"
- Now press Yes to hard reset
- handset will hang for one minute and restart
- if handset not start then press power key to start handset
- Enter Dial 3845#*54#
- Now select Factory reset
