- Press and Hold Volume Down + Power key for 20 seconds
- you see android a menu
- Now select Wipe data/factory reset with volume down then Press Power key to confirm
- Now select Yes -- Delete all user data and Press Power Key to Confirm
- Now reboot Device
- Hard Reset done
