- Press and Hold the volume up key+ power button at the same time until a green screen appears. (this is the fastboot mode)
- Keep holding until screen turns red (recovery mode)
- Navigate using hardware buttons (power to confirm selections)
- select wipe data / factory and select yes
- Now reboot device.
