Hard Reset:
- Press and hold the optical mouse Touch Pad Press use the stylus to press the reset button Hold for about 15 seconds
- Release Reset button and while still holding optical mouse wait until it boot
- After 10 seconds release Optical mouse and confirm the format by pressing the phone button
- The Reset button allows you to quickly turn off the phone in the event of a program
- or application error. In this case your Saga™ would appear to “freeze” and become unresponsive.
- Locate the Reset button positioned just below the Camera/Camcorder
- key on the right side of the phone.
- Carefully inserting a thin blunt object (such as your stylus) into this slot will
- exit the current screen and cycle power to the phone.
Hard Reset By Code:
- Enter Dial number *2767*3855#
- Now you see Factory Format
- wait until factory format complete
- after factory format handset will be reboot
- hard reset done
